The Tennessee pop-rock trio, fronted by Hayley Williams, were originally known for their sophisticated alt-emo stylings, appealing to fans of Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco. However, their sound has continued to evolve, gradually taking them away from heavy guitars to electro-poppy keyboards, sounding not a million miles from recent collaborators Chvrches. A string of gold and platinum albums and awards, including a Grammy for ‘Best Rock Song’ and ‘Best International Band’ by the NME, have ensured them international stardom.

Our allocation of tickets for this event is sold out and we appreciate that might be very disappointing.

We understand people’s frustration that some individuals are placing adverts on secondary ticketing websites. We do not agree with people selling tickets on for profit, however legally there is nothing we can do to prevent this happening.

Are they genuine?
We strongly recommend that you do not risk buying tickets that are being resold through the secondary ticket market, as we cannot guarantee whether they are genuine. We have no duty to honour tickets that are not genuine.

Lost your secondary market tickets or haven’t received them?
We have no record that you bought tickets on the secondary ticketing market, so we cannot replace them. Just because there is an email referring to a sale or perhaps quoting seat numbers, does not guarantee the seller ever had tickets.

What if the event is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled, we owe the refund to the original purchaser, not the person who bought the tickets via a resale site.  We cannot assist you to get your money back from that person.

Our advice
Always buy through official channels. Otherwise, you may end up missing the show and being left out of pocket!
